May the 4th Be With You! Take a Look Back with Us at These Disney Parks Star Wars Memories!
The parks may be closed and the runDisney Star Wars Rival Run last month may have had to be cancelled, but we can still “run” through Hollywood Studios on Star Wars day thanks to enough pictures and videos from our past trips to fill a whole Sandcrawler! If you’re wishing you could visit a Galaxy Far, Far Away after rewatching the entire Skywalker Saga and first season of The Mandalorian on Disney+, you can take a virtual trip with us to see a bunch of our Star Wars memories from a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away... okay, maybe it wasn’t that long ago or that far away, but it’s still lots of Star Wars fun!
So grab your lightsaber and set a course for Hollywood Studios as we take a light speed journey through our last several galactic adventures at Walt Disney World!

March of the First Order
First, let’s take a quick march down Hollywood Boulevard with Captain Phasma and her First Order Troopers. This mini Star Wars parade could be seen at Hollywood Studios for a few years and always had a crowd of excited fans watching as these new Stormtroopers walked up and down the pathway in front of the Chinese Theater.
Watch the March of the First Order on Hollywood Boulevard!

Star Wars Launch Bay
Next, we’ll take a look around Star Wars Launch Bay at all the memorabilia and say hello to a good friend! You never know what you’ll find at the Launch Bay, from costume replicas to concept art, props, and models of famous characters and vehicles. It’s also one of the best places to meet fan-favorite characters like BB-8, Chewbacca, Kylo Ren, and Darth Vader.
This Jawa seems like he’s on the lookout for a good trading opportunity. If you’ve got any interesting items, he might just give you a good bargain!

It would BB-great to see this little droid again! I think he liked my BB-8 inspired outfit.

The best transportation for zooming around Endor!

A statue in honor of the first Mandalorian that we know of (from the movies at least!) during the time of the Clone Wars – Jango Fett. This is the way…

Star Tours
Hop on a Speeder Bike and let’s head over to the best space port around to take a tour of the galaxy! This classic ride first opened in Disneyland and was followed shortly by Hollywood Studio’s version. This attraction may be one of the older ones, but it is still a blast! It is a must do for us every time we visit the parks, and we often ride it several times in a row whenever we can!
Take a flight on Star Tours with C3PO, R2D2, and BB-8 in our full POV video! This attraction has a randomized set of locations that guests visit on each tour, so you never know where you are going to go next! During this trip, we visited Jakku and Crait from The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi, and then we landed in Batuu (the planet of Galaxy’s Edge). During some of our other visits to Hollywood Studios we have seen Endor, Hoth, Tatooine, and many other places from both the Original Trilogy and the Prequels.
This attraction is in 3D, so the screen will have a hazy, layered look to it, but when you actually ride the attraction you will be given 3D glasses to wear. C3PO is a life-size animatronic sitting to the side of the screen, and he is your pilot for every Star Tour you take!

Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away
Not too long ago, in a show not so far, far away we got to see some pretty cool characters all in one place. This show had its final run earlier this year, but you can still find some of these characters else where in the park. We hope a new show will someday be on the horizon since Galaxy’s Edge has its own stage area, but until then we can always enjoy this video of the final version of Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away show in Hollywood Studios!

Some Hidden and Some Not-So-Hidden Star Wars Details!
You never know where you might find Star Wars in Hollywood Studios! You can find characters and movie Easter Eggs around every corner.
Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple takes place daily in front of Star Tours and features appearances by Darth Vader and Kylo Ren – and if you listen closely you might even hear the familiar voice of a 900 year old Jedi!

Next time you take a stroll through the courtyard of the Chinese Theater in Hollywood Studios, look down! You may just see a couple of familiar footprints from everyone’s favorite droids.

And here’s a note from the creator of a galaxy far, far away himself – George Lucas.

BB-8 says hello as he floats down Hollywood Boulevard!

There once was a time that movies only cost 35 cents! Even though it may cost a bit more now, you can still see Star Wars movies on the big screen thanks to Disney!

Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular
What better way to finish an out-of-this-world adventure than with a galactic firework spectacular! Take a look at some of the amazing projections on the Chinese Theater, then watch a few of the show’s best moments in our video!
